Top Ten Tuesday for Feb. 19, 2019

ttt-big2Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

The rules are simple:

  • Each Tuesday, Jana assigns a new topic. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want.
  • Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.
  • Add your name to the Linky widget (which you can find here) so that everyone can check out other bloggers’ lists.
  • Or if you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

This week’s topic is:

    1. It is actually a novella that was also published as “The Grandmothers” I believe. It was made into a movie staring Robin Wright and Naomi Watts. But again, the book was better!

  1. Nice list, Davida! And it’s serving the purpose of adding books to tbr’s…mine anyway. 😉 Tamburlaine Must Die looks very interesting. 😉

    1. It is a novella, and I picked it up by chance since I was in Edenborough when it was released, and was praised to the hilt by some TV show, so I just paid full price for the hardcover! That’s a purchase I’ll never regret!

    2. Nice list! I’ve not heard of any of these so I will be checking them out further! Do love when you find a hidden gem! My favourite last year was by Clare Coombes We are of Dust was such an amazing book and it only has 5 ratings!!!
